Terms of Service

When you book an appointment, and checked the box, you are agreeing to our terms of service.

We reserve the right to refuse service. You are reserving a specific 20 minute block of time, and agreeing to pay $45 for this time. The time is to be spent performing a nail trim for your dog.

We cannot guarantee completion, based on your dog’s behavior. To cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you do not give 24 hours notice to cancel, you are required to pay $45 per block scheduled. Past due balance must be paid before another appointment will be honored.

It is understood that this process involves risk of injury, and you agree that Oh Paws and staff are not liable for the cost of any injury.
