We have been turned away multiple times with other groomers and vets, and even had to give our dog Trazodone to make nail trims possible. First trip here has already been so much more of a success than anywhere else we’ve tried!!!”

“Mark is incredible. My 8-yo pittie mix, Blue, HATES having his nails trimmed. I've tried everything — clippers, dremel, giant emery board, the works. I've never felt comfortable taking Blue to a groomer because of how dog-reactive he is. Blue's nails had gotten so long, I'd kind of lost hope about it. Mark's reassuring demeanor helped keep Blue (and me!) calm. Blue yipped a little but mostly tolerated the experience. He was calm and happy at the end, and he's already walking better. Best $20 I've ever spent; I would have paid twice as much. Mark also noticed some injury to Blue's ears (which I had been concerned about) and provided an ointment to help. Mark also had a strategy to let us leave through a back door so that Blue wouldn't have to see any other dogs. Mark is an absolute legend, and Blue and I will be driving across town for nail trimmings at Oh Paws every month from here on out.”
